The small print, in plain words
Deenlumo Family is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, sold by Apple through the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel it any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or with Manage subscription in the grown-ups area. After cancelling, it stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
There is no free trial. The free path is how you try Deenlumo.
If you stop, your children keep every star, garden item and all their progress, and the free adventures stay open.
Restore purchases is in the grown-ups area, for a reinstall or another iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account.
The subscription is not shared through Apple Family Sharing. It covers every child profile on the device where it is active.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

Why a subscription?
Deenlumo has no ads and sells no data, so families who subscribe pay for the work: building more adventures, scholar and educator review, and keeping the app working on new iPhones and iPads. The free path stays free for good.
